Ready To Get Your Cup?
There is no one cup fits all but hopefully by answering a few questions below
Menstrual cups are a great way to save your period. Save on waste, save on money, and save your precious vagina.
Without the nasty chemicals that tampons and pads are laden with, the menstrual cup is a safe and affordable option. Saving you up to 3000 tampons per one menstrual cup*.
They are an absolute game changer when it comes to your period but understandably lots of people have questions and fears surrounding doing something different “down there” especially at a time of the month when you really just want to be comfortable.
Sometimes change can feel like an inconvenience too, right! We totally get this, that is why we don't just want to sell you a cup we want to help you get the best out of the experience and make sure you get the same game changing experience we have had.
Our commitment to less disposable menstrual products and empowering you to feel great about your body and your menstrual cycle means that we are here for you every step of the way. We have noticed that there is still a bit of shame and 'ick' stigma surrounding the menstrual cycle, which we would like to help diminish by giving you the knowledge and the power to understand your body better and starting to reap the benefits of using a cup.

The cup sits high up in your vagina just below your cervix, and inserting it is much like inserting a non-applicator tampon. You keep it in there until it is full and needs to be taken out.
Many people find that tampons can aggravate the cervix which you won't find with a menstrual cup. The cup opens up to form a leak free seal against the wall of your vagina and capture your menstrual blood as it's released from the cervix. Once its in you shouldn't be able to feel it.
AND, one more time for the people at the back!! It CANNOT get lost inside you, as your cervix creates a dead end.

Our cups can hold a lot more than a tampon*, so you can leave it in for longer and not have to worry. In fact, you can leave the cup in for up to 12 hours if your flow allows. Once you get the hang of it you will find that they are actually the most convenient period care products out there!
