Your Period Upgrade Is Here
We want to help anyone intrigued about using a menstrual cup to have a positive journey. At Sea + Flo we're supporting you to switch.
Sea + Flo 2.0 | The Back Story
We are Harriet and Hannah, the owners of Sea and Flo 2.0. We are proud to be long term users of menstrual cups and have been raving about them for years. But although we found that many of our friends were 'cup curious' they didn't know where to start, what to do, how they work or who to ask. We believe there are so many reasons why menstrual cups can be life chaging but appreciate change is sometimes hard and daunting, especially when you have questions and no where to go to get them answered. We want to be that place. When Harriet started using a cup she had Hannah answering all her rational and irrational questions. Everyone needs a best friend to support you to switch!
We aim to break down the barriers so that everyone has the confidence to choose a more sustainable, cost effective, body conscious period option.
Why Join The Cup Club?
-
For The Environment
The 'average person' will have around 500 periods in their lifetime. Which means there are approximately 17,000 tampons or pads, per person going to landfills, incinerators...or the sea.
-
For Your Finances
Are you buying tampons every month? Buy a cup once that will last you up to 10 years. That means your period is now only costing you £2.50 a year!
-
For Your Body
It's no secret that tampons contain lots of nasties and lots of us are now more conscious about what we're putting in and on our body and that shouldn't stop at period care.

Knowledge Is Power.
So many of us have grown up not fully understanding our bodies, our periods and our cycles, resulting in a culture with a level of shame or embarrassment, and negative emotions surrounding your period. We want to give you the information you need and the safe community to be able to ask. There is no shame in not knowing. Knowledge is empowering, that's what we want to give to you. Own Your Flo.
